This was written with the use of PSP X2.
You may create it any version of PSP.

Scrap Irsih Clover by Pink Candy Design .You can purchase it Here.
I'm using the artwork of ©Keith Garvey Currently available at PTE.
I originally purchased these tubes with MPT and will be using the appropricate license.
Font of choice or the one I used Secesja
Mask_K2 by Annaica-Misfits Creations Here.
Open new image 750 x 700 transparent background.
Open frame copy paste as new layer.With Magic wand Select all frames,
holding down the shift key.
Selections Modify Expand by 3 copy paste Paper as new layer pp6.
Selections Invert then tap Delete.Deselect then drag beneath frame layer.
Add drop shadow to frames.
Click inside frame on left, new layer.Select your tube copy paste into selection,
drag it under frame layer. Repeat for right frame.Add drop shadow to your tubes.
Open banner copy paste as new layer resize 75% arrange in center frame.
Add drop shadow.
Open bow copy paste as new layer resize 45% arrange at top of banner
add drop shadow.
Open horseshoe2 coy paste as new layer resize 48% arrange in front of banner
add drop shadow.
Open potofgold copy paste as new layer resize 38% arrange on right of frame.
Add drop shadow.
Open ribbon copy paste arrange at bottom of layer, see tag, scroll out then using your
Eraser tool remove parts of ribbon to show his shoe and left side of horseshoe,
add drop shadow.
Open beer copy paste as new layer arrange next ot horseshoe resize 38% add drop shadow.
Open hat copy paste as new layer arrange next to beer resize 44% add drop shadow.
Open clovers copy paste above background layer arrange at bottom of frame, add drop shadow then duplicate Image Flip Mirror adjust to your liking.
Click on background layer Select All.
Open pp8 copy paste into selection-deselect then apply mask Merge merge group.Duplicate.
Add your Artist © and your name then crop.
