Supplies Needed
PSP X2 ( any version will work)
Tube of choice or the one I am using Keith Garvey and can be purchased at MPT
Scrap 4 July by Flipp Designs and can be purchased here at Sunflower Scraps Boutique
Font of choice or the one I used:Pristina
Drop Shadow of choice.
Remember to Save Often!!!
Let's begin
Open new image 600 x 600.
Select Flipp_Design_4_July_72 frame copy paste resize, then with magic wand
click inside frame Selections Modify Expand by 4
New layer Paste into Selection Flipp_Design_4_July_collage paper,
move below frame then deselect.
Open Flipp_Design_4_July_34 white ribbons copy paste resize then place at top of frame.
Open your tube copy paste below frame, then using
your selection tool Select the tube from head to shoulder then right click on
select Promote Selection to Layer, making sure it is above ribbon layer.
Open Flip_Design_4_July_37 copy pste resize place bottom left corner see tag.
Open Flipp_Design_4_July_paper14 then minimise it then go to
Material palette Pattern and find this.
Using a large font type out the words
Happy 4th July then go to
Adjust BlurMotion blur with these settings.
Add your Artist © and your name then crop and save.
This is only a guide and feel free to use any other element you wish.
Most of all have fun creating.
