Supplies Needed
PSP X2 ( any version will work)
Tube of chioce or the one I am using Scott Blair from MPT
Scrap 4 July by Flipp Designs and can be purchased Here
Font of choice or the one I used: Black Chancery
Drop Shadow of choice.
Remember to Save Often!!!
Let's begin
Open new image 600 x 600.
Copy and paste Flipp_design_4_July_74 frame resize as needed.
Select Magic wand click inside frame selections
Modify Expand by 4 copy and paste Flipp_Design_4-July_Paper_21,Invert
Delete move below frame.
Copy paste Flipp_Design_4_July_WA_04 resize then
place on left side of frame, give a light drop shadow.
Open Flipp_Design_4_69 and 70. copy paste resize then duplicate
place on right top of frame, give these a light drop shadow.
Open your tube resize if needed and place on right side see tag.
Copy paste Flip_Design_4_July_35 resize to fit frame
then duplicate, place at top of frame.
Open flipp_Design_4_July_50 copy paste resize then Image Free Rotate 30 right
then duplicate mirror see tag.
Add your Artist © and your name then crop and save.
This is only a guide and feel free to use any other element you wish.
