This was written with the use of PSP X3.
You may create it any version of PSP.
Supplies Needed.
Scrap Far Out by Kim's Korner .You can find it Here.
I'm using the artwork of ©eather Valentin Currently available at CDO
Font of choice
Mask_75 by Weescotslass Here.
Open new image 600 x 600 transparent background.Flood fill with #ffffff.
Selections select all.
Open kk_FO_Paper25 copy paste into selection deselect then apply mask, merge merge group.
Duplicate this layer twice.Rename B1,B2,B3.
Click on B2 move this layer down a small amount.
Repeat for B3 moving it just a little more down then B2.
Open kk_FAROUT_Peace 02 sign copy paste as new layer. Objects-Align center.
Duplicate this twice.Rename P1,P2,P3.Close out layers 2 & 3.
Adjust Add noise -click on Random Noise 50% Monochrome ticked.
Repeat this twice adjusting the Noise to 55 then 60 for layers P2 & P3.
Open kk_FAROUT_RIBBON 03 copy and paste as new layer arrange on right of layer give a light drop shadow.
Open kk_FAROUT_Wordart 01 copy paste a new layer arrange at top of layer, add drop shadow.
Open kk_FAROUT_Flower 08,09,11 copy paste them as new layers.Arrange on right of layer resize, add drop shadow.
Open kk_FAROUT_Mushroom 02 copy paste a new layer arrange on left of layer resize as needed, add drop shadow.
Open KT_GITH-GroovyVan copy paste a new layer arrange at bottom on right of layer resize as needed, add drop shadow.
Open kk_FAROUT_bug copy paste a new layer arrange on left of layer resize, add drop shadow.
Open kk_FAROUT_ button 02 copy paste a new layer arrane in center of Peace sign resize by 65%, add drop shadow.
Add your tube copy paste as new layer arrange on Mushroom resize if needed then add drop shadow.
Add your Artist © and your name then crop if you dont wish to Animate.
Animation
Open Animation shop then click back to Psp.
Close out these layers B2,B3 and P2, P3.
Edit Copy Special Copy Merged click into AS right click and Paste as new animation.
Back in Psp close out B1 & P1.Open B2 & P2. Copy Merged, click into AS right click on frame Paste after Current Frame.
Repeat this for B3 & P3.
Check your animation if happy.If you would prefer smaller tag then please resize now.
Save as a Gif.
