Drop Shadow 2/2/50/5 Black.
Lets Begin
Open a new pallet 700 x 700 flood fill with white.
Open Paper 4 copy paste as new layer
select mask apply merge group.
Open Flower 6 place in center of layer Go to Muir mister copies
with these setting.

Add your tube give a light drop shadow resize if needed
Open Mushroom 1 and 2 copy paste as a new layer then resize see tag for placement.
Open EasterBunnies1 and 2copy paste as new layer then resize.
Open Bow3 and resize 40 percent and place below your tube.
Open Bunnie Sticker copy paste behind flower circle.
Open EasterBunnies1 and 2copy paste as new layer then resize.
Open Bow3 and resize 40 percent and place below your tube.
Open Bunnie Sticker copy paste behind flower circle.
Add the words "Happy Easter" I used EK Lollipop font.
Open Chick Sticker resize by 30 percent. Place above tube and behind in the center.
Add any other elements you wish. Add your Artist © and your name.
You may save as a Png now if you don't wish Animate.
You may save as a Png now if you don't wish Animate.
Animation
Open AS then click back to Psp.
Click on Flower layer using Xfeno2 Constellation using these settings:
Copy / Copy Merged click back to AS paste as new animation.
Back to Psp click undo then click on Constellation again then Random button.
Back in AS paste after current frame. Repeat this again. You now should have 3 frames.
Crop and Save as a Gif and your done.
